What is Interwoven Healing?
At the heart of this work is a simple belief:
You don’t have to be reduced to be understood.
Instead of focusing only on symptoms or quick solutions, Interwoven Healing is grounded in the idea that meaningful change comes from understanding the full picture—your experiences, your relationships, your inner world, and how they all connect.
The name Interwoven Healing reflects this process.
Just as individual threads come together to create something whole, your thoughts, emotions, history, and identity all shape your experience. At times, those threads can feel tangled, frayed, or separate from each other.
Therapy becomes a space to notice those threads with care and curiosity, and to begin understanding how they fit together.
My approach to therapy is integrative and grounded in careful listening, curiosity, and collaboration.
I draw from several evidence-based frameworks, including:
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Narrative therapy
• Systems and relational approaches
• Gestalt awareness
• Parts work
• Somatic and mind-body practices
Rather than pushing toward quick answers, I use thoughtful questions and reflection to help insight develop in a way that feels natural and meaningful.
Interwoven Healing is a space for thoughtful, compassionate exploration—where your experiences don’t have to be simplified to be understood.
Many people come to therapy feeling like different parts of their life don’t quite fit together. Thoughts, emotions, identities, and past experiences can feel disconnected or hard to make sense of.
Here, we slow down and begin to gently explore those pieces together, allowing the deeper patterns of your story to come into view.
Client Experience:
Clients often describe this work as insightful, warm, and different from what they’ve experienced before.
Sessions are paced with care, allowing space for reflection, emotional processing, and meaningful insight. There is room for both depth and lightness—serious conversations alongside moments of humor and connection.
This is a space where you can be fully yourself, without needing to simplify or explain away your complexity.
Interwoven Healing is a good fit for individuals who are looking for more than surface-level solutions and feel ready to understand themselves more deeply.
Many clients who resonate with this work are:
• neurodivergent individuals seeking affirming and understanding care
• healing from past relational or developmental trauma
• thoughtful, introspective, or emotionally aware
• creative or drawn to meaning, symbolism, and self-exploration
• spiritually curious, but not necessarily aligned with traditional religion
• navigating identity, belonging, or life transitions
• feeling like they have always experienced the world a little differently
You don’t need to have the “right” words for what you’re going through. Often, people come to therapy with a sense that something deeper is there, even if it’s hard to fully explain.
This is a space where we can begin to understand that together.
